Why Mastery Rising?

Mastery Rising helps people turn career goals into clear, achievable steps.

Instead of vague advice or generic career guidance, our platform generates personalized career roadmaps with milestones, tasks, and progress tracking. Users can break down big ambitions into manageable actions and stay motivated as they move forward.

We built Mastery Rising because navigating today’s job market can be overwhelming - especially for people without traditional career pathways or strong professional networks. Our goal is to make career development structured, accessible, and engaging, so more people can build meaningful futures on their own terms.

Mastery Rising is designed for individuals as well as the professionals who support them - such as career coaches, therapists, and workforce programs - helping people stay accountable, track progress, and celebrate milestones along the way.

We believe technology should empower people, not replace them. That’s why we’re building tools that guide, motivate, and support users as they take real steps toward the future they want.

Important Note: We are not a career coaching service company. Our - United States based - company is centered around software product solutions that aid the career development process.

More on Our Product Vision

Mastery Rising is designed to help people turn career ambitions into clear, actionable progress.

After a short onboarding process, users receive a personalized career roadmap based on their education, skills, and goals. Each roadmap is broken into milestones and tasks so users can move forward step by step instead of feeling overwhelmed by the bigger picture.

We believe career development should feel engaging and motivating - not intimidating or unclear. That’s why Mastery Rising incorporates progress tracking and rewards as users complete tasks and milestones. These features help users stay focused, celebrate progress, and maintain momentum throughout their journey.

Our goal is to build more than a career planning tool. We’re creating a platform where individuals - and the professionals who support them - can track growth, organize goals, and build confidence over time.

As we continue to develop the platform, user feedback plays a critical role in shaping our roadmap. Mastery Rising is evolving into an ecosystem where people can explore career paths, track progress privately, and build toward meaningful opportunities at their own pace.

Paris Interdonato-Carreras

Co-Founder, CEO

Paris Interdonato-Carreras is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mastery Rising, a workforce technology startup dedicated to making personalized career development more accessible, engaging, and effective.

A proud member of the SUNY Geneseo Class of 2024, Paris earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Music Performance (Voice), combining analytical strategy with creative expression in both her leadership and product vision. With a background in market research, accessibility advocacy, peer mentoring, and private teaching, she brings a multidisciplinary lens to workforce development - one that blends data, lived experience, and deep empathy.

As a Gen Z founder, Paris understands firsthand the uncertainty and pressure facing today’s job seekers. She also approaches leadership through the lens of neurodivergence, designing systems and tools that recognize that career growth is not one-size-fits-all. Her commitment to accessibility and structured support stems from years of mentoring students and professionals navigating academic, personal, and professional transitions.

Paris’s connection to workforce development is also personal. Her father was formerly incarcerated and, through a strong reentry career development program, went on to earn his Master’s degree and build a career in environmental engineering. Witnessing how structured guidance and opportunity can reshape a life fundamentally shaped her belief that career clarity should never be a privilege - it should be accessible.

Recently, Paris co-authored a state-level research publication for Governor Tina Kotek’s office in Oregon, further strengthening her foundation in evidence-based strategy and systems thinking. She has served as a career coach and peer mentor, helping individuals break down long-term goals into achievable action plans - a philosophy now embedded into Mastery Rising’s AI-driven roadmap platform.

Mastery Rising exists because a mother and daughter cared enough to try to make an impact. At its core, the company is built on the belief that when people are given structured, personalized tools and supportive systems, they are far more capable than they realize.

If Mastery Rising succeeds, the world will have comfortable, dignified access to personalized career development - regardless of background, starting point, or life circumstance.

She serves as Co-Founder and Advisor of Mastery Rising, where she brings clinical expertise and systems-level thinking to the design of technology-driven workforce solutions.

In addition to Executive Education at Harvard Business School, Dina earned her Master of Science in Social Work at Columbia University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Binghamton University, as well as an Associate degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from SUNY Delhi. Her academic foundation, combined with years of frontline and leadership experience, informs her approach to both clinical care and organizational strategy.

As a practicing therapist and executive coach, Dina has worked extensively with individuals navigating life transitions, workforce reentry, and professional development. Her career spans more than ten years in nonprofit settings, where she has contributed to program development, case management systems, and organizational growth initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for underserved communities.

In addition to her clinical work, Dina brings experience as a Product Owner, bridging the gap between human-centered social services and scalable digital tools. At Mastery Rising, she advises on behavioral strategy, ethical design, and the integration of structured career development within supportive service models. Her work focuses on ensuring that technology enhances - rather than replaces - the relational foundations of effective social work practice.

Dina believes that technology can be a powerful agent of change for historically underserved and system-impacted communities when designed thoughtfully and ethically. Her leadership reflects a commitment to dignity, access, and evidence-informed innovation in workforce development.

Why are some of the networking suggestion links not working?

There are multiple reasons this can be happening.

1.) The website has security that prevents AI from accessing it. (In this case, copy and paste the link into a browser, or manually search the organization)

2.) The link could be outdated. Sometimes links are still online even if the website isn't active anyone.
