Co-Founder, CEO
Paris Interdonato-Carreras is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mastery Rising, a workforce technology company building AI-powered tools that make personalized career development more accessible, engaging, and effective.
A graduate of SUNY Geneseo (Class of 2024) with degrees in Business Administration and Music Performance, Paris brings a multidisciplinary perspective to workforce development shaped by experience in market research, mentoring, teaching, and accessibility advocacy.
As a Gen Z and neurodivergent founder, Paris designs systems that recognize career growth is not one-size-fits-all. Her work focuses on helping individuals break down complex career goals into clear, actionable steps — a philosophy now embedded in Mastery Rising’s AI-driven roadmap platform.
Her connection to this mission is also deeply personal. Paris’s father, formerly incarcerated, rebuilt his life through a reentry career development program and went on to earn a master’s degree and become an environmental engineer. Seeing how structured guidance and opportunity can transform a life shaped her belief that career clarity should never be a privilege - it should be accessible to everyone.
Through Mastery Rising, Paris is working to expand access to structured, personalized career guidance so people from all backgrounds can pursue stable and fulfilling careers.
